REFUNDS POLICY

At Metroplex Smart Homes, we handle deposits, cancellations, and refunds in a fair and practical manner.

Deposits Deposits reserve your appointment time and preparation resources. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but may be refunded, transferred, or credited toward future work at our sole discretion, depending on circumstances.

Scope Changes & On-Site Conditions All pricing is based on the information available at the time of scheduling or estimating. If the scope changes, additional work is required, or site conditions differ from what was expected, final costs may adjust accordingly.

Cancellations Same-day cancellations, no-shows, unsafe work conditions, or lack of access at the scheduled time may result in additional charges or forfeiture of deposits.

Completed Services Completed services are normally non-refundable, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Billing Payments and deposits are due upon receipt of an invoice. Invoices more than 30 days past due may be sent to collections.
