Refunds Policy

At Metroplex Smart Homes, we handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Scheduling deposits are generally non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources for your appointment. However, in some circumstances, we may choose—at our sole discretion—to issue a partial or full refund, apply the deposit as a credit toward future services, or waive certain fees. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or situations where work cannot be completed due to conditions outside our control may result in additional charges or forfeiture of deposits. Completed services are not normally refundable, but we reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.
