Metroplex Smart Homes is not responsible for pre-existing wiring problems, structural conditions, equipment failures, or site-related issues uncovered during the job.

Payments Payments and deposits are due upon receipt of an invoice unless otherwise stated in writing. Invoices that remain unpaid more than 30 days past due may be sent to collections.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they reserve time and scheduling resources; however, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
